"Nice apartment but the service is extremely bad. For a first timer, it wasn't a good experience."

It was located in a nice area of lekki, easy access to shop and transport.

They have the worst customer service I have ever seen. The room was not cleaned for the five days we spent in the apartment. Not for once did the cleaner turn up, not even on the supposed cleaning day. We had a leaking toilet in one of the rooms, particles of poop coming out when you flush. They were notified and nobody responded neither did they come to check it. It left that way till we left. We requested a blender before 8am, I had to make another request by 1pm before I got a response. Finally the blender was brought to me on my way out at past 4pm very dirty and unwashed.
