The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially the reception team. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The food was tasty, with a great variety of options to choose from. The pools were also clean and well maintained.

The game room could benefit from renovation or an update. It would also be nice to have a wider selection of drinks, including hot beverages, available during dinner.

- staff very welcoming and know how to deal with many requests - great spacious room - great food varities at dinner and very tastey eben desserts are good which most of hotels do not provide good taste of desserts -great swiming pool - lovely music mix on pool and beach

- hotel is having small campus - no near markets or pharmacy - aquapark is small
