Suite pour 4 personnes mais réellement pour 2 car canapé lit cassé, très inconfortable et draps non repassés et tachés.

Tolle Lage mitten in Key West. Alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar, sehr schöne Veranda zum Draußensitzen.

Bei Ankunft war das Couch-Sofa nicht vorbereitet obwohl für 4 Personen gebucht war. Die Matratze des Sofas war komplett durchgelegen und es war keine ebene Schlaffläche erreichbar. Es gab keine Zudecke, nur ein Bettuch. In Summe keine vollwertige Unterkunft für 4 Personen. Kein Servicepersonal vor Ort, alles nur per Telefon und SMS. Unterkunft riecht muffig, es müsste häufiger gelüftet werden.

The location is excellent, and the property is charming with a nice decoration. The overall atmosphere is very pleasant.

Upon arrival, the sofa bed intended for our children had not been prepared. When we opened it ourselves, we discovered that the mattress was in very poor condition, significantly worn and not really suitable for sleeping. It also showed visible signs of mold. The room had clear humidity issues, including a noticeable damp odor and visible mold marks around the window area. After our stay, I noticed that similar concerns (humidity, odor, mold and sofa bed condition) have already been mentioned by other guests, which suggests this may not be an isolated issue. Considering the price (over $600 per night), the level of cleanliness and maintenance was not up to expectations. The management offered a $150 refund, which I appreciate, but in my opinion this does not fully reflect the overall experience.

Really was perfect. No complaints

Proximity to old town. Walked everywhere.

No parking and no TV

Very cute and good cared appartment. We appriciated the laundry machine, they even provided us the detergent. Great stay! We definitly would come back! Enjoyed the coffee machine in the lobby, thanks!
