Close to the airport, cheap and cheerful, great for an early morning flight!

Terrific location and very friendly staff. It was slightly disappointing that the hotel doesn't have restaurant facilities, but that is only a very minor thing, since there are a number of excellent restaurants within a few short minutes' walk.

Good location to airport staff was nice. Budget priced hotel one night prior flight.

Bed is terrible you could feel the springs and metal, bed is tired and needs replacing ASAP. Fragrance is really heavy from air con and blows directly on you my husband & I had to put crunchy towels over our heads. Would not recommend even for budget traveller’s!

Room was clean. Good location, excellent price. Staff was helpful. Many nearby restaurants with a nearby grocery store. About 7 minutes away from the airport

Bathroom configuration. Shower was in the middle of toilet and sink so toilet floor stays wet after showering.

Excellent location for early morning flight, only 5 minutes by shuttle. The hotel is basic, but very clean and the bed comfortable . Staff are very attentive. Great for a one night stay before or after a flight since Center of Hanoi is about 50 minutes away.

Room was decent and clean. Nothing fancy but, it was good value for what I paid. It was quite close to the airport and I got in late to the hotel and had to leave early the next morning for Laos. It served its purpose.

I asked to pay by credit card and he insisted I pay cash. Had assumed that I could pay by credit card and was just lucky that I had just enough money to pay cash. Would have preferred to know of time of inflexible money payment options.
