In the first room the air conditioning made a start stop noise. The second room which was remodeled and nicer but the shower backed up. The guy that unclogged it left water all over the floor. The front desk people we’re unfriendly and not very helpful.

We stayed here on our last night in Venice so we'd be close to the airport. The room was clean, comfortable, and pet-friendly, which was perfect for us. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They offer an airport shuttle at any time for just €8 per person, which is excellent value. We even used the shuttle to the airport the day before, then took the bus to the Designer Outlet. Taking an Uber directly would have cost us around €60, so the shuttle saved us a lot of money—only €16 for both of us. We also really appreciated that the staff checked on our pets while we were away from the hotel, which was a very thoughtful gesture. Breakfast was excellent as well. I wasn't expecting such a wide variety of options, especially starting as early as 6:00 AM, making it perfect for early flights. Overall, a fantastic stay with outstanding service. I would definitely recommend it.

My only comment is that I expected the price to be a little lower. However, considering that we were traveling with our pets and the hotel was pet-friendly, I think it was fair overall.
