Unfortunately, it is the worst apartment experience ever. Just before we arrived, we were required to pay a deposit fee of 5000 NOK but in another place of City Enter Hotel, where was 10 mins away walking from the apartment, we had elderly and it was raining outside, also the road was very slippery, very inconvenient. After we paid the deposit fee, we received a very long "policy" that described various prohibitions and penalties. I did not know what happened before to the apartment so that it did this but this made me felt I was not here for vacation, but to accept various terms and be suspected of damaging things... I had been to Norway 5 times and every time I would arrive to Tromso, but this was the only exception of apartment that required a deposit fee... This was a very rare and extremely bad experience for me in Norway.

Location, stylish apartment and amazing customer support! Interspar is 100 meters away. The apartment is spacious and stylish. Great customer service - responds to questions promptly and very accommodating.

Property was good but not what we chose, However it was understandable due to our flight being cancelled and having to find something at last minute because easyJet didn’t. Location ok but not as central as we would have liked / originally chose.

Location. And plenty of space. Very comfortable.

Could have done with a 2nd toilet toilet on ground floor and one bedroom on 2nd floor with open staircase no railing. So not great for bathroom visits in night.
