Sea Front View, Costa Teguise

The location was very close to bus stop . Views from lounge just beautifull Eady access to sea walk all the way into the centre of costa teguise or cycle . Value for money .

We were block 6 . With cases a bit of a trek

The location of the property is first class with open sea views.

The bathroom needed servicing as there were drain smells coming from the shower.

Decent value for money if you don’t mind being outside of things a bit. Pool area was nice and we had it to ourselves most of the time….. very cold water though!

Photos deceptive as its looks gorgeous but reality is a little different as it’s a quite tired and old. One of the views from the living area is actually over waste ground and the ugly port in the distance. No air con and impossible to have windows open at night if you wanted the blinds down. Blinds work but only just, need to be careful with them and the patio door lock mechanism isn’t great. Needs more crockery and better cutlery and more pillows. The Complex it’s on is very old and basic. Bit far out too in terms of main Teguise (30 min walk). Not possible to park inside the complex but ok to park on the roads nearby but it’s quite a distance to the apartment with suitcases. Communication around payment wasn’t great. Multiple messages to sort as it’s not taken as per usual process through booking.com. Also slightly frustrating about check in as although very detailed (eventual) you’re not given confirmation of lock box until cleaner has finished. Would have been fine if that had been explained but after payment issues I was slightly nervous of it being a scam as no prior reviews on this booking site. All ok in the end though.
