Entire 2 bedroom Apt in central location, Newly Refurbished

The location was very close to where we wanted to be, making it very convenient. Early check in was requested and we were able to get in an hour early. The home was well equipped with basic needs met. Nice size rooms for a family.

The rooms had some thick dust in areas, [tops of tv etc]. Toilet brush was filthy. Beds were very low and soft (although I understand this can be a personal choice). Although stated parking was free, to a degree it is - however fit one hour a day you need a permit. This is at a cost of £3 which i didn't know about until we were in the way. Would have been nicer to have this conveyed on booking in detail.

Wonderful apartment, spacious very clean very English style! Would love to have stayed longer! The host very kind and very easy self check in. The best way to start our trip to Cornwall! 100% recommended! Would definitely choose it again!!! Thank you!

Everything was perfect

The property was very clean and the access arrangements were easy to follow. Host was very helpful.

The kitchen was not very well equipped to accommodate the family of 5.

L'appartamento è molto pulito e nuovo quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di assistenza ci hanno risposto subito ed intervenendo anche sul posto. Proprietari molto gentili . è lontano una decina di minuti dal centro

Ci vorrebbero più utensili in cucina. L'appartamento al piano di sopra è veramente troppo rumoroso

Very clean, thoughtful toiletries provided and little posters on the wall with important information such as check out time and WiFi password.

The double bed in the main bedroom was a little too small for a tall couple like us. Also, the children staying in the ground the floor apartment were running around and it was really noisy, although that is not the fault of our host. The no parking between 10-11am meant that we couldn't relax, as we had to get out and drive away for that time. We made it work because it only affected us for one day, but I was glad that I wasn't staying longer.

Great location. Clean and tidy. Comfortable beds .

Noise up stairs and there isn't enough pillows there is one each and one spare pillow in the wardrobe.

J’avais bien bien reçu le mail et le sms avec le changement de code, seulement pas assez mis en évidence pour moi et mail trop long. J’ai du déranger la propriétaire et j’en suis confuse.
