"Beautiful stay at perfect location!"

This property was absolutely perfect my family of three. The apartment was decorated was so lovely. Property has a very nice pool. Air conditioning worked extremely well. We were so close to Monserrate Beach and the Kiosks. Literally a 3 minute drive. El Yunque rainforest is 15 minutes away. We look forward to coming back.

Apartment was very comfortable and clean. Perfect for two people. Very nice pool facility. Easy access to the beach. Luis, property manager was very nice, responsive and helpful.

"Perfect size and location"

The location was great, was a perfect size for my boyfriend and I , the staff was very nice and we loved the view.

The door was difficult to open and lock and we ended up loosing power for a few hours two days in a row.

We have to give special recognition to Luis, who administers the property for the owners. He was immediately responsive to all of our questions. The pool was large and right next to the building and the beach was only a few yards further away.

The apartment was fine and completely clean, but the building itself needed some maintenance.
