Until now I still can't get back my deposit of rm300..how do you manage this problem

I've receive call from the owner says need to cancel the booking for the last minute.

i've chat to the owner for the refund but still got any respon from him.The owner says booking apps will do but still got any action. i book it for 3 days but i dont stay there because owner says got emergency ( leaking pipe ) need to find other homestay.

1. no phone cannot be contacted 2. not user friendly 3. suspect scammer.

the home was very clean and very close to many stores, it comes with many entertainment such as console games, and netflix.

the host was very hard to reach for checkin process, they didnt pickup calls and even rejected our calls, didnt reply to messages. we arrived at the place around 10pm but only able to enter at 12am because they were not picking up calls and unresponsive to messages.

owner yang sangat tidak mesra kerana lambat respon Whatsapp dan tidak mahu jawab call. Masalah tiada air kerana stop cord ditutup tanpa diberitahu kepada kami. Siling bocor akibat dari limpahan air dari tangki. Owner janji nak refund kerana saya hanya menginap 1mlm dan check out kerana masalah fasiliti di rumahnya. Tetapi sehingga harini tidak ada refund n tiada sebarang jawapan. Sangat teruk, Rumah berbau busuk
