"Comfy and clean with great staff"

The front desk staff are amazing. and so friendly! my first impression was great and the rooms were large and comfy

The location is a bit away from many stores-it’s perfect if you need to be near the base but we were at a soccer tournament in Lacey. There was also a party at the indoor pool that was super rowdy. We got the hotel specifically for the pool and then couldn’t use it and no one was supervising that party.

The staff was great. Booking.com was not. Was mortified when we checked in with friends from my daughter's team and they told me my credit card was declined. Turns out - my credit card was fine. The Booking.com credit card was not.

"Was great overall, will stay again."

Breakfast was great. Hot tub soothed away the stress. Super close to JBLM.

Bed was uncomfortable, went and bought mattress toppers to get through.

"Always a great stay"

I loved the room. It was spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of little extras to make our stay pleasant. Home 2 Suites is quickly becoming my go-to when booking a room. Their staff has always been extraordinary, the facility clean, and free breakfast tasty.

The pool area was quite cold, they could turn the temp up a little.
