"A lovely location to spend some family time."

Excellent location, good bedroom layout for large extended family, good cooking facilities.

Downstairs shower a tad noisy but did not seem to be a problem overall.

"Comfortable but not luxurious"

amazing location with brilliant views and beach access. Comfortable beds with nice quality bedding

There were ants everywhere. Put me off two of my meals at the dining table. The bathrooms and kitchen were disappointing and the parasol didn’t seem to fit the base so even the balcony which was the best feature wasn’t really usable in the heat

"Great house for a seaside break"

The hosts were very quick to respond to questions. The house is in a fabulous location and had everything you needed for a holiday and plenty of space for 8 people.

Unfortunately there were no cue's for the pool table.

"Fantastic beach house stay"

The situation of the house is perfect for beach access. Felpham is a short drive away or lovely 2 mile stroll.

EVERYTHING! the house is modern, cosy and perfect for a great stay. Kitchen well stocked. Beautiful welcome hamper.
