"Couldn’t be happier."

Amazing support from owner. Lots of supplies gifted on day one. Very comfortable and good view.

Nothing to complain about, even the creaky floors kinda matched the place

The location was fantastic, The cottage was superb , tidy and very comfortable with all you'd need for a fantastic stay , we got a fabulous welcome pack and the owner was lovely a teal nice touch . Lots of local eating places that were easy to get to !

There was nothing to dislike !

Perfect for our stay Spacious house with lots of character Amazing view Very clean and everything you needed Comfy beds. Lovely thick towels Near to village with plenty of shops and takeaways Excellent location for Beamish and Kynren both really worth seeing Excellent communication Very generous welcome pack

The only thing we would had difficulty with was finding the property But perhaps that was due to sat nav!

"Quiet beautiful house"

Quiet area and lovely views House beautiful . Host very frendly

Creaky floorboards and doors. sink in upstairs bedroom plug stuck and carpet on stairs needs tacking down as coming away. Required more info when approaching house as satnav takes you through a gate to a field.

"We enjoyed our stay and would be pleased to stay here again."

We enjoyed our stay : the location was great (nice view and walks, local shops in the village). The house was very comfortable for our family of 6 and it was easy to park next to the house.

The only slight disappointment was the kitchen : not as clean as expected and some equipment under par to cook for six people.
