Absolutely beautiful static caravan in a great location. Gorgeous view of the lake too. Owner is extremely helpful and the caravan has everything you could possibly need for a break away. Owner left a few little extra touches which made it even better. There is a restaurant within walking distance which serves good food. I highly recommend this property - you will not be disappointed!

What a find..A fabulous property that,in my opinion ,would be hard to fault.Nice comfy furniture,mattress and spotlessly clean throughout.A good size walk in shower and en-suite with a very well equipped kitchen and plenty of storage ..The enclosed decking was ideal for our dog and the views over the fishing lakes were just so relaxing..Such friendly and helpful owners who obviously take pride in ensuring guests have everything they need..We will definately return and as a frequent visitor to The Lake District the property is in a perfect spot to access this and other areas…Facilities from other sites and local shops etc are only a few mins away .

A little cluttered re ornaments etc as not lots of storage space. A full length mirror would be useful.

We enjoyed 3 nights in this property . It is immaculate , amazing view & very comfortable . Hope to try & get to visit again . I would definitely recommend a visit .

Before we arrived Carmel emailed me with all of the relevant info needed for our stay. When we arrived the caravan was spotless, it was very comfortable and had everything (not exaggerating) we needed for our stay and then some.. Carmel was on hand if needed but thankfully we didn't need to mother her. The caravan is in a beautiful location right on the edge of a fishing lake, and there are several other lakes in the grounds. You can also use the facilities on the nearby bigger park which Carmel gave us the information for . Was nice to just relax on the balcony, as soon as we opened the door the ducks came to say hi.. All the neighbours who live on the site were very welcoming also. We will definitely be coming back for another visit
