AUI have never feared for the safety of my family as much as this time when the owner arrived and demanded cash! because Booking.com did not charge correctly. I’m happy no harm occurred to me or my family
DONT SAY HERE! I didn’t like the owner arrive at night while I was in bed stating I am ripping him off. I did not like paying extra cash with no receipt. Booking.com and the police have been no help!

HRLocation is great. In the city center of Novska. Apartments were comfy, nice and modern, with an cute kitchen and nice shower. Host were really friendly, helps us with all inquires and wishes.

IEEverything was perfect , we had all we needed and bed was very very comfortable. Pressure of water and kitchen facilities perfect too , and the village with plenty of options for food and bars. Will definitely come back

BGComfortable bed, relatively good WiFi, location close to cafes, restaurants and the centre of the town.
- The room didn't have the adverised balcony nor city view. - Only got face towel and no body towel at all. - No toiletries like shampoo or shower gel - Doors and locks are very noisy and you can hear them very loud. When neighbors get in and out, the whole place resonates. - No sound proofing of the rooms, everything is like made of paper. - Owner insisted he is entitled (or even required by authorities) to make photos of your ID, with his phone (which get uploaded to Google cloud where you ID information is under risk of hacking). When asking a nearby passing police clerk they explained him that he is entitled to collect the data from the ID but not making photos. - Owner doesn't speak a word of English despite claiming he's been doing this for 20 years. We could only communicate thanks to his daughter being there to translate.
