NOUAThe room was quiet and super clean, we had everything we needed, even the underground parking space (booking in advance+additional charge of 300 UAH). The breakfast was nice.
Restaurant employee told us that breakfast was not included in the price of our stay while we were having breakfast. I asked her to check again and showed her my booking stating the opposite. Still she was saying the same. After we said ok, then we'll pay for it, I told her our room number again and later it turned out that her colleague misheard the number. She didn't even bother to come to us and say smth like "It's ok, it's included after all", I had to look for her to check yet once again. Not the kind of situation to be frustrated or angry about, just something to improve.
