UA**Disappointing Stay Due to Ongoing Construction and Poor Service** Our stay at the villa was significantly impacted by several issues that management failed to disclose prior to our arrival. 1. **Construction Noise** - There was ongoing construction around the villa, with loud noise from **8 AM until 8–9 PM, seven days a week**. This was never communicated beforehand, severely affecting our peace and relaxation. 2. **Pressure to Tip Staff** - The staff assisting us **refused to leave the villa until we paid tips**, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional. 3. **Exploitative Laundry Service** - The laundry service was dishonest, **overcharging by counting 1kg as 2–3kg**. Be cautious if using this service. 4. **Poor Cleaning Standards** - The villa lacked professional cleaners. The same staff assisting us also handled cleaning, resulting in **subpar quality**. We had to clean ourselves multiple times to maintain basic hygiene. Overall, the lack of transparency, pressure for tips, and low service standards made our stay frustrating. We hope management addresses these issues for future guests.

IDWe had a wonderful stay at this 3-bedroom villa with our family. The villa was clean, well-maintained, and had a beautiful view of the rice fields. It was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a getaway. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great experience, and we would love to come back!

The location. There isn’t much around and there is a construction site right next to it
PLFirst of all, the staff managing the villa is amazing and really helpful. The location is good, and the Wi-Fi is okay, but it could be better
We had a problem with a water shortage three times in two weeks, a few power outages, the toilets are horrible, and every day new wild animals come to visit – we’ve had lizards, frogs, and even a mouse. The bathrooms are dirty, especially the tub, which is unusable.
