Keskeinen mutta rauhallinen sijainti. Parkkipaikka pihalla. Siisti ja mukavat tilat yhdelle, menisi useammallekin. Olisi optimaalinen paikka muutaman päivän kaupunkilomalle Tampereella, ehkä maailman parhaassa kaupungissa.

Tilava huoneisto, nätti sisustus. Rauhallinen talo. Keittiöstä löytyi hyvin varusteita, oli myös kahvia ja teetä. Lyhyt matka keskustaan, hyvä kävelymatka.

Hissi kulkee vain puoliväliin porrastasanteita, joten lastenvaunut täytyy kuljettaa osin portaita pitkin.
