Great place to stay overnight on our way to Isle of Mull. Lovely breakfast, large clean and comfortable room with excellent shower and a quiet location and Strathaven is a pleasant town to get a bite to eat.

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast

Acoustics in the property are a problem. You can hear every move (squeaky floorboards) and conversation from other rooms. Blackout blinds or curtains would be helpful as well.
