Die zentrale Lage ist Spitze. Nicht weit vom Ortszentrum und nicht weit vom Bahnhof entfernt. Die eigene Garage ist toll. Außerdem ist die Beschreibung super und die Kommunikation bei Fragen funktioniert einwandfrei.
