Pool Spa 6BR villa Solterra Resort Near Disney!

This villa was extremely clean can comfortably fit my entire family of 12. Close to shopping and restaurants. Host was extremely timely in responding to messages. Overall outstanding place to take your family.

I like everything about it. We are planning to come back❤️

The only thing, We never got the car pass even though we requested it twice . We had to pass through security for verification every time we entered to the resort with the pass would be smooth and easier. Other than that we enjoyed everything about it.

The stay started out rough but got better. Initially at check in they didn’t have my info or reservation bc the 3rd party responsible didn’t change it over from the last person that stayed there so it took forever to check in bc booking.com didn’t ever answer!! Also, we were not given the code for the front door right away. We had to wait 30 min before we finally got a message with the code! The home was very spacious and clean. Our only issues were that you can’t control the ac thermostat, you need a code. After complaining that it was very warm in the house they did give me the pin. Also there are NO instructions anywhere regarding the hot tub and pool lights. We finally figured it out but it took a few days to get it to warm up etc….also the control switches are in the corner behind the fake tree…they blend into the wall so we didn’t see them right away. Also wasn’t aware there was a $30 per day fee for the hot tub! That’s crazy!!! Also, the dryer is horrible!!! Had to run it 3/4 times to get clothing dry! This home would be a perfect rental if they had directions out for you. Also, let people control the thermostat bc 73 degrees in hot Florida weather is too warm! Also, get rid of the charge to use the heat in the hot tub and the grill. People are paying a large amount for a week at least include those items without an additional charge. Lastly!!! Bring towels!!!! There are NOT enough towels provided for a home that sleeps 10!

It was a nice and comfortable stay.

I traveled all the way from Boston MA, for my son’s 5th birthday and as you can imagine we were all excited. When I first arrived the place was nice. I contacted the staff through messaging about not having enough wash clothes not towels wash cloths and I was told in response that they provide some towels, okay fine I went and bout what I needed because they had no other solution for us. I then informed the property that the hockey puck for the air hockey table was missing, the hot tub was not working and neither was the pools light. The next door neighbor tried to assist seeing that his was working the entire time along with his hot tub thinking maybe we are doing something wrong. No we tried every switch in the house and it never worked. We come from cold weather so we wanted to utilize the pool at full capacity and could not. We are very disappointed and feel cheated. The staff NEVER responded back to me after asking about towels the first day I arrived. Other things to note is that there was no spare tissue for bathrooms, there was one trash bag for the entire stay. I would like to speak with management because if the only way to communicate with staff is through the chat then they should have to respond. There could have been an emergency and they just did not respond to anything they did not feel was important enough which is truly unfair. I will be writing a yelp review as well.

Everything was very good. I was satisfied. The house is clean, there is everything you need. High level of service. My guests and I are delighted

The staff was not helpful at all. No wash rags were provided only bath towels and every time we called we were basically told we were lying . Hot tub would not heat and didn’t find out until check in there was a fee but was never told how to pay, also they barely give you a start up kit to last a single day. The grill does not work correctly and a staff member did come out to show us how to finally get it to work 2 days later but in there defense it was Christmas Eve. Customer service was horrible and I found myself emailing all day with zero results and had to eventually just stop so I could enjoy our vacation

The location

For starters the host refused to add names for my house guest . I was told to ask the property to print or scan passes for them. I asked them twice and they stated that is not something that they do so my guess was waiting at the gate until I returned back to the property to get in.. then after doing an inspection, the hot water didn’t work in the kitchen nor the master bedroom I brought this to his or her attention they sent someone out the following day who stated they would be back the following day, which would have been Thanksgiving to fix the part on the water heater. Carlos, the maintenance guy stated that they don’t have the Piece for it on the property and would have to find it ,in that same room the master bedroom the toilet didn’t flush leaving me to have to go to a different bathroom in the house every time I needed to use the bathroom. My main reason for booking this property was for the spa tub and the hot Jacuzzi. Nothing got hot. The water was so cold. It was ridiculous after telling him a number of times about this situation and asking for some of my money to be reimbursed, he stated I better check their ratings on booking .he stated a refund or a partial reimbursement would not happen. I also went to the property office to complain about the property and they stated to me that that name was a household name and that all 4 of the properties are in poor condition.I am humiliated and ashamed of the property being that I was the one who planned our family vacation.
