Very good location, very clean and close to local shops

Clean and tidy. Everything you need and fantastic location.

Nothing everything was perfect.

The accommodation was very clean, very well appointed, nice welcome pack and the information provided by the hosts was extremely helpful and useful. All the essentials you need for a self-catering stay were provided, which isn't always the case at these types of holiday lets. It's in a great spot, literally a couple of minute's walk from Cromer centre. The location is quiet and felt perfectly safe. All facilities are within very easy reach with a good choice of supermarkets. The railway station is a few minutes' walk, and there is a bus stop with an excellent service around North Norfolk less than a minute's walk from the flat.

Parking needs to be considered prior to going. There is unrestricted parking around the flat, but you have to hit lucky to get a spot. However, if you are prepared to walk 5 minutes or so, you can find parking on the roads away from the flat towards Sheringham. It was a slight inconvenience but not a show stopper. There is a local authority car park a minute's walk from the flat which costs £70 approx for a full week.

From the bay window, I could see the sea. It was just a few minutes' walk into town. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean. It was very hot weather and a really effective fan was provided. Host were very attentive. The mugs provided were really nice - so often they are not!

It would have been nice to have a freezer compartment in the fridge.

Great location, both for visiting Cromer itself and for exploring the North Norfolk coast by bus and train. The flat is the perfect size for a couple, with comfortable sitting, dining and sleeping accommodation. It is spotlessly clean, with a well-appointed kitchen and shower room. Hosts Paul and Debs are super-helpful and friendly with great recommendations for making the most of your trip. Highly recommended!!!
