"Very good"

This flat is small but very cosy and bright and airy with it's large windows. The flat is modern and very clean and is well equipped with all the essentials. Bathroom is modern with a nice shower. The bottle of wine and biscuits we found on arrival were much appreciated. The flat is in a great location close to the promenade and the town centre. Good communication with the hosts. Would be happy to stay again.

Would have liked a shower mat as shower floor very slippery. No microwave.

"Exceptional"

Perfect location, perfect flat, very clean had everything you could need and more. Lots of little extras including two beach towels, wine chocs and milk in the fridge. Hosts were amazing, bringing a fan round when the temperature rose outside!. Car park and bus stop very close to flat! Can't wait to stay again.

"A relaxing time"

Location was excellent . Details and communication from owners excellent . Little touches on arrival made us feel welcome The humour in the what to do and where to go made us giggle ! A lovely break away !

The door sticks a bit (owners did warn us ) and if it didn't everything was perfect ! The builders on the scaffolding on a neighbouring property were a bit noisy albeit temporary as they didn't follow us to the beach and in the evening when we got back they had finished and gone home !!!!

"Exceptional"

Lovely little flat in a perfect location for walking into town. Close to the town centre and the beautiful Cromer pier. Short walk to the railway station and Morrisons. The flat was lovely and clean and very well equipped. Perfect 👌 Hosts Paul and Debs are very friendly and on hand if needed. We'll put together information booklet for eating, drinking and days out.

Nothing we didn't like.

"Perfect little getaway"

Everything needed is supplied. Lovely comfy little flat in the perfect location for easy access to all of Cromer. The hosts are happy for you to contact them to answer questions etc Lovely and clean with lots of nice touches.

Nothing at all negative to say other than maybe missing a microwave….not a problem but would be handy

The apartment was very well appointed and in an excellent position, close to the beach and town.

The only extra I would suggest would be a microwave.
