Hampden Apartments - The Anne

Good location but not easy to find it. No house number, so I had to call for help.

The flat keys in the box in the rubbish area. This place is very very dirty,but when I reported it the gentleman was saying the flat would be better. The kitchen is not well maintained,no spoons so you cannot make coffee.

For 2 nights it was ideal to be able to relax our muscles after 3 days of walking The Thames Path and not being right in centre of Windsor Town, so a bit quieter, but still very close to all we needed. Gave us the chance to cook our own food and was very comfortable all round. Set us up for the next leg of walking when we left👍👍

Main lights in bedroom need attention and lights under kitchen cabs also need sorting. Neither a major issue. Only annoying thing (and this is not just this property) is like many other places tv is provided by fire tv or some other means. This is fine if the boost on WiFi is good and that all the different main things have been setup by the owners. Really time consuming and also shouldn't have to set a tv up with your own passwords etc on someone else's system. Worth remembering if you want tv, you don't want to be spending loads of time messing around, when you are away/ spend limited time in property. Thankyou.

Detail to cleaning specially in the bathroom Shelf needed cleaning , Could not put tortures in . one Chip cup . Outside setting Decking and walls need cleaning.

Lovely location and spacious .Bedroom was great . Most of apartment was clean . Very nice modern bathroom.

Some areas needed a bit of a clean .Windows had a bit of mould and some of skirting needed a good clean but rest was very clean .

The kitchen was not clean. Sticky surface, floor and knobs. Fridge was turned off, so that the ice in the freezer had melted and we had to clean and dry the fridge before use.
