FRThe apartment is basic but nice. There is a private box for parking.
Almost constant noise from the road and rail track just facing the kitchen and dinning area. The sitting room is overlooking a neighbour's passage way parked with a white van and a back yard which is full of junks and dirty rubbish, extremely unpleasant.
