My husband and I had an unfortunate accident starting our vacation in Mondello. We cannot thank the staff at Mondello Glam Hotel enough for their professionalism, empathy and efficiency. Every employee went above and beyond to help us with car service and anything we needed. Location is great. Walkable to the beach and restaurants. It’s a clean, beautiful boutique hotel. Breakfast is excellent and delicious. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. We were so fortunate to have a clean, safe and comfortable hotel to come back to during a stressful situation. La vista, el desayuno, buena cama

Un olor insoportable de cloaca del baño, pedí que solucionen pero estaba consciente que era imposible hacerlo, olor a baño viejo , otra cosa, su cochera, wue te ofrecen es super chica, están ellos moviendo tu auto, el mío era rentado, con tanto miedo que le pase algo, que de hecho la chapa tenía un golpecito y yo sabía q yo no fui, me perdonaron, y el que se encarga de mover los autos es el que hace check in, no puede estar en todas, entonces vas para el check out y no está o si quieres usar el auto te piden que media hora antes le avises, está el pobre como lanzadera

The hotel is beautiful! The staff were so friendly, the breakfast was delicious, pool was amazing, and so close to restaurants and the beach.
