Casa comoda con tutto l'essenziale, nel centro storico a 5 Min dal centro e 15 Min a piedi dal mare. L'unica pecca che non si può controllare è il fatto che l'orologio della torre che si trova attaccato alla casa suona ogni 15 Min tutto il giorno e tutta la notte, se avete il sonno pesante è ok, sennò è un problema.

No colazione. Ma bar sotto casa eccellente.

Servirebbe un bel ascensore ( scherzo). Una macchinetta con caffè a cialde sarebbe servita.

L'atmosfera della dimora, l'ampiezza dell'appartamento e la gentilezza della Proprietaria.

Carenza di insonorizzazione. Si sentivano tutti i rumori della strada, anche se non dipende dai proprietari, le campane che suonano ogni 15 minuti ( ora e un rintocco ogni 15 minuti esempio alle 12.45 12 tocchi per l'ora e tre tocchi per ogni quarto d'ora ).
