GBGB1 - the kitchen equipment was extensive and very good 2 - parking was right by the front door
1 - there were stains on the bed sheets 2 - the settee was hard and uncomfortable 3 - one of the wine glasses was cracked
GBLocation fine, free parking was very good outside the property, cosy and comfortable,
Could have done with a full length mirror, a hook in the bathroom to hang your bath robe or clothes, but not a real problem just saying

It was mostly clean. However when we arrived I had to clean to fridge as some milk had spilt.
LKThere were basic facilities. Pillows and mettresses were good. Shower in the bathroom is really good
Space of the rooms. Bunk beds were wobbely. Blanckets were not comfy. In the bathroom expected to have some soap but there were only hand wash. In the kitchen therewere not a sponge to clean the dishes and hand wash
GBSecond stay with 2 children. Really comfortable and clean and perfect for visiting Conwy and Llandudno. Good communication throughout with Tony. Would be happy to stay again.
