全款预付预定的两个卧室公寓，结果只给了一个卧室的公寓，整三天没有工作人员上班，并且没有任何服务。最后承认他们超订无房，但拒绝赔偿，平台介入后仍然拒绝

Sauberkeit ,Möbel abgenutzt,Bett zu klein, Schlafzimmer winzig. Im Badezimmer stinkt etwas sehr, sehr unbequeme und durchgesessen Sofa, Terrasse nicht gereinigt.
