New in Town Area Urban Suites

Location very strategic because near to USM and shops (was in Penang for my convocation). Appliances good, have iron n iron board, soap, shampoo, microwave and a large fridge. would stay here again in the future :)

everything except lift

the location was fantastic and near all amenities. easy to find restaurants and near the highway. getting places to go shopping took about 10 to 15 mins. the apartment itself had all the facilities including a stove and a washing machine!

the building has a huge number of residents and visitors.. waiting for the lift at the lunch hour took forever. at one point we had to climb down the stairs 20 floors to get to our cars because we just could get the elevator.. all were packed every single time they reached our floor and we had been waiting 30 to 40 mins
