Echoes of Eden: River Retreat

The scenery was breathtaking l. You get to connect with nature. The staff were really friendly. There were alot of activities and you get to experience the wild on another level.

Nothing really, apart from the fact that there's no connection.

Beautiful view, comfy room, responsive staff. We had a great time. Highly recommend.

There was no power,hence no signal or network. And when the power came back in the evening the water went out. For the price they charge I expected basic service like water and power

What an amazing place, a true hidden gem. The staff is really friendly and willing to provide excellent service in any way needed. When you book this accommodation, Kevin provides a document with relevant info re accommodation details, directions, activities, takeaway options, etc. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone! PS the hot tub together with the astonishing view is the cherry on the cake.

Directions were given very clearly. Got to see some wildlife on the way to the property. The staff were friendly and helpful. Peter was a fantastic chef, and Kevin, the host, was very responsive and accommodating. The view out of the terrace was lovely at any hour of the day. The hot tub was a welcome comfort. The host also provides warm fleece blankets and hot water bottles in case it gets too chilly. Overall, the property was a relaxing getaway to be out in nature. Highly recommend 👌.
