Cosy apartments in the coastal area of ​​the city. There are supermarkets, shops, and bus stations nearby it. Flat has all required for living: washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioner, TV set, hair dryer, good Wi-Fi, and a set of dishes.

Location is good. Close to the Valencia University of Technology. Service lady Savotore was good. She answered my questions patiently.

1. The check-in progress was very bad. I didn't receive clear instructions for check-in. There was no picture to show the apartment's accurate position. I have to follow Google Maps to find the address. But it was the wrong address. I sent messages by email and booking platform to ask for the correct address, but they did not respond quickly. I wandered around and asked people for help, but no clear answer was given. I called the service phone number, but the first time, no one answered the call. The second call was successfully linked, and the service lady gave me the correct position and the code to enter the room. Check-in was an extremely unpleasant experience. 2. The apartment was modified from a garage. The neighbor's garage auto roller shutter doors often made noises late at night and early in the morning. 3 The apartment is on the ground floor. The room's door directly opens to the street. Walker's speaking and heel sounds were clearly transmitted into the room. There is only one door between the room and the street; I feel unsafe. 3. The apartment was always full of stink emitted from the sewer. Opening the window was not safe, and the air exchange was very bad. The room was moist and cold. Although the air conditioner can warm it, its compressor works loudly and emits noise. If I had known this place was in such conditions, I would definitely not have booked it!
