Rumah agak bersih dan selesa.

Harga sewa rumah penginapan agak tinggi, tiada air mineral disediakan, bilik bawah agak sempit dengan sofa bed yang kurang selesa. Perabot ruang tamu sangat limited tetamu tak dapat duduk dgn selesa. Kerusi makan juga kurang berkualiti.
