die Hauswirtschaftsdame war sehr nett.

Kein Empfang. Niemand vor Ort beim Check-In. Alt und verschimmeltes Zimmer. Exklusiv war nur das Erlebnis von schlechter Qualität. Das Frühstück besteht aus Automatenkaffee und ein wenig Gebäck. Alles holt man sich im Vorraum und muss es im Zimmer zu sich nehmen.

I thought this stay was great. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The A/C worked great so the room was nice and cool. The cleaner was such a sweetheart, very helpful. I was prepared from the reviews so made sure to ask for the check-in instructions beforehand. I found the process smooth, had no issues. If you don’t get an instant reply from a text, I just gave him a call when it was urgent and he replied right away.

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding My Recent Stay Dear Hotel Management, I am writing to express my profound disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Having travelled extensively throughout Italy and Europe for more than 20 years, I can confidently say that this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have encountered. The condition of the property was unacceptable. There was visible mould around the windows, on the window frames themselves, on the curtains, and in the bathroom, including on the ceiling and around the mirrors. This not only created an unpleasant environment but also raised serious concerns regarding cleanliness, maintenance, and guest health and safety. The breakfast was equally disappointing and, without exaggeration, the poorest breakfast I have experienced in two decades of travel. The quality, selection, and presentation fell far below what any guest should reasonably expect. Furthermore, the level of service was virtually non-existent. Throughout our stay, staff members were rarely available, and there was seldom anyone around to assist with questions or concerns. The complete lack of customer service added significantly to an already negative experience. What makes this experience even more disappointing is that the hotel was extremely overpriced for the standard of accommodation and service provided. The rates charged are entirely inconsistent with the condition of the facilities, the quality of the breakfast, and the absence of meaningful guest support. The overall experience represented very poor value for money. Overall, I would rate my stay as 1 out of 10. The single point is awarded only because we were at least provided with a key that allowed us to access our room. Given the numerous shortcomings and the poor value received, I believe a review of the charges for my stay is warranted.
