CHSehr spezielles Zimmer mit dem Spa, aber es hat und sehr gut gefallen. Sehr hilfreiches und freundliches Personal. Die Dekoration anlässlich Sylvester und die Begrüssung mit dem Prosecco waren eine sehr freudige Überraschung.

Il palazzo che accoglie il BB non è in linea con la struttura. La colazione è sotto la sufficienza visto la presenza di una macchina automatica per fare caffè e tè. Non ci era stato fornito il codice per entrare abbiamo dovuto contattarli più volte e la stanza non era stata preparata per tre però hanno provveduto in giornata.
ITITLa camera bellissima e pulitissima, la vasca idromassaggio eccezionale, anche la colazione era ottima. Frigo ben fornito e tutto gratuito.
A noi è piaciuto tutto, ritorneremo il prossimo anno

GBStaff were absolutely helpful especially Christiano and the location was close to major attractions plus transport links.
Lack of amenities - No kettle + Cups. No everyone wants to use coffee vending in the reception. A kettle was provided when we asked for one but we bought our own tea cups. No Iron. No bathrobe + slippers. No instructions on how to turn on heating on. The intuitive controls on the jacuzzi were not working properly. If all the above issues are addressed, it would definitely be a vast improvement.
