I had a fantastic stay at this lovely two-bedroom apartment. The space was spotless and very comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. The customer service was excellent, with prompt and friendly communication throughout our stay. As a bonus, a few breakfast items were provided, which added a nice touch. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay!

"Just what I needed!"

I was a bit sceptical at first due to previous reviews, but my stay was perfect. Super cosy with a comfortable bed and a great location. Communication with staff was great when I made an error, but they were super helpful. Would recommend!

"My stay was terrible."

It’s easy to locate

The property is old and most facilities are not working.The heating system is not working and nobody cared about that but instead I was sent money to go and look for a small heater but unfortunately I couldn’t get.The staff called me a liar and threatened to call me a thief if I don’t return d £50 sent to me for heater.I returned d money almost immediately and I still slept in the cold for the 2 nights with my kids and nothing was done about it.
