"It was a terrible experience"

I contacted them two days before my stay, but there was no response at all, and when I actually went there, there was no one there. Luckily We were able to stay at a nearby inn. I also contacted Booking.com in advance and told them that I couldn't get in touch with the inn, but they didn't respond at all. It was a terrible experience.
