This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Cozy home@Friendship Garden 3 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property currently isn't accepting guests from certain countries, during dates where such guidelines exist. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. A damage deposit of MYR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Read all rules and regulations before making booking, so any issue can be avoided to ensure a satisfactory resolution for both host and guest. 1) No Parties or Events Allowed. 2) No Smoking Allowed at all interiors, only at backyard with proper ashtray. 3) No Pets Allowed in our Homestay & Beware of Neighbour Pets. 4) No Unregistered Guests Allowed. 5) Please Don't Eat or Drink in the Bedrooms. 6) Keep Noise/Volumn Down after 10pm. 7)Switch Off all Controls before leaving / check-out. 8) Respect check-in / out times. 9) On checking out, double check all your belongings, switch off all controls,lock up & leave keys locked back in locker, Please take extra care of your keys, Lost Keys incur a Replacement Fee. 10) Please take care of the furnishings,you have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. 11) Please Don't Re-arrange the Furniture. 12) Consider your home away from home, Use whatever needed during your stay but ensure Cleanliness, Remember to take trash out & Put things back after use 13) Drugs Strictly Prohibited on the premises. 14) Ensure all Windows & Doors Closed/ Locked before leaving/check-out, for keeping away rain, birds, insects, loss of goods 15) Housekeeping service will be provided upon request 1 day in advance, with min. Charge RM60/time 16) Extra guest fee, RM50 per person per night, for more than 6 guests Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
