Location and caravan

We had to wait outsid the caravan in cold weather for 30 mins jyst because the host forgot to ask us to pay the security deposit . We got access after he sent us request and we transferred the deposit amount, awful. The water was hardly coming through the shower head which was impossible to have shower, sent the videos but wasn't responded. Was dark outside the caravan with no lights to sit in the porch area. No soap, hand wash neither shampoo was found in any bathroom or toilet.

Fantastic views and a very well equipped caravan including games and plenty of choice on the tele of viewing. Great position for reaching local bars and restaurants and visiting the surrounding area. Great communication from Ralph.

The shower spray wasn't very strong so took extra time to shower but this wasn't a major issue, just needed to plan a bit longer.

The location is spot on pleasant walk along the beach to locked gate with code access. The facilities were great lovely large swimming pool and small soft play room . Restaurant on site reasonable prices. Caravan: Games, plenty of cutlery and utensils in caravan. Plenty of cushions. Linen and towels supplied. Big fridge/freezer same size as a domestic one. Great we could take our dog with us.

Single beds very uncomfortable for adults. (springs digging in). Master bathroom sink doesn't stay filled. Curtains in the lounge need repairing as frayed on the edges. Shower is a fine mist spray ,not sure why ? Bath towels could be bigger,

Location, facilities, cleanliness.

A lovely stay was marred by abrupt and rude communications from the owners after we left. A real pity as the caravan and the holiday park are really great.
