La posizione è ottima, vicina a Pinzolo e alle maggiori aree di interesse e di visita. La casa è in un posto tranquillo, privo di rumori. La casa è ben arredata con locali abbastanza ampi. E' dotata di ascensore e di posto auto esterno riservato.

Ho trovato difficoltà a comunicare direttamente con il proprietario, che non rispondeva alle chiamate telefoniche. In casa mancavano alcune cose, come le lenzuola per il terzo letto, che poi sono state portate, dietro nostra richiesta. Magari servirebbe un controllo maggiore prima dell'arrivo degli ospiti per vedere se c'è tutto (dispenser sapone in bagno, accendigas, ...). In un'ottica di collaborazione e miglioramento abbiamo segnalato tutto ciò al proprietario.

Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento con ragnatele e resti di cibo nel frigo e nel microonde. L'appartamento sarebbe anche carino con qualche modifica tipo: - sostituzione box doccia e mensoline porta saponette (usurate dal tempo) - sostituzione asta porta doccino (non riesce a sostenere il peso del doccino) - tinteggiatura bagno (con tracce di muffa sui muri) - sostituzione forno ( di pessimo aspetto) - sostituzione microonde (con manopola timer sregolata)
