Belle Aire Motel - Downtown Convention Center - Gatlinburg

I didn't like anything. We had to go to another hotel it was nasty..moldy..smelled of mold...furniture dirty and falling apart. There was roaches...pub hairs..and buggers in the tubs..we called booking.com and are supposed to be getting a refund!

There was nothing to like as I said above. The pictures we old. And the room was disgusting!!

The location was ideal.

No housekeepers, front desk associates, or employees on site. It felt uncomfortable and was very run down. The room smelled like it hadn't been cleaned. The landscaping hadn't been touched in months it seemed like. I had to drive to a "sister facility" to check in. We ended up eating the charge and paying for another room somewhere else. Very disappointing. In my opinion, if you can't staff a property, shut it down??

Location was good. We walked to parkway. So we did not have to pay for parking. It was right next to a pancake restaurant that had a reasonable price and it was great food. The price of the hotel was awesome. I wasn’t expecting much but this hotel exceeded my expectations. Very clean and was able to get extra clean towels. The only issue was the hot water in shower took a minute to get warm. But in all I really enjoyed this place.

The water is barely warm would be nice if it was hot not just Luke warm . The bed is a little uncomfortable as you can fill the springs when u lay on it. The room has a musky smell. But over all we enjoyed our stay. Even got to see a bear outside our room. But u might want to let guest to lock their car doors as the bear got in another guest car during our stay

Our door didnt lock properly in fact we was able to walk in our room when we got there it wasnt even locked then, there was no staff in lobby it was closed which they did not state on the website we had to call the sister location 10 minutes away which we found out by a note on the lobby door when we got there, we had ants in the sink only 3 pillows and for me the worst of it all was that we did not have hot water ive stayed in cheaper hotels and they atleast did have that, the pictures were very misguiding, when I called the sister location to tell them about the ants they I formed me there was nothing they could do for the night cause the maintenance crew had already went home and that was around 5 clock in the evening I really felt like they schoulda either put us in different room or discounted our stay we stayed in the kingsroom in the pictures it showed a hot tub in the room we did not have that not that I would have used it being not hot water the hotel was just very misleading all around .Also the lighting is terrible the light is located at the front of the room by the window and only a lamp on one side of the bed.

Nothing never saw a room could not check in

lol Could not be checked in no one in the lobby none of the telephone numbers listed worked or no one answer the phone

They were able to get us in very last minute when we had an issue with the hotel we were staying at and decided to leave.

The bathrooms could be updated and cleaner looking.
