As a security check, each adult guest must send a photo of their current official ID prior to arrival, for the arrival detail, we only need to show your full name and photo. Guests who are not registered on the reservation are not allowed to enter. Noise is limited from 23:00 to 08:00. No Parties or “Quiet Gatherings” are allowed. Your stay includes the use of 30 kW per day, providing you with a comfortable and responsible stay. Upon arrival and departure, we will send you the image of your yard to monitor the above point. Upon arrival, we will ask you for a security deposit of $1,000, which will be returned 24 hours after your departure, in case you have not exceeded the allowed kw limit during your stay (cost of 3.66 for each kw exceeded).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
