Stylish 2 Bed Manchester Flat

The property was as shown in the photos and in a great location for parklife festival. The room was nice and clean and ideal for the amount of people with us. The area was nice around the apartment with a coop only a 5 minute walk down the road.

The only issue we had with the property was that the fridge didn’t work upon arrival other than that the apartment was sound

Owner was very polite and accommodated our luggage since we arrived before check-in. He also responds very fast to messages, so if you happen to have any questions or issues, those get resolved very fast. The apartment could use refreshing, but was nevertheless quite comfortable. Even though the email that was sent before the arrival said that there is no hairdryer, there is one (or was at least when we where there). Kitchen had most necessary things (no scissors). Apartment is easily accessible via elevator and is very spacious. Heating can be regulated via radiators.

The window in the bedroom with two beds almost felt like it wasn't even there. Because it's broken, it let's in cold air as well as noise, so do not recommend for light sleepers. The apartment has a fan that keeps turning on and off every minute, which also can get very annoying during the night. The apartment could be cleaned a little better, and the shelf in the bathroom is barely hanging on, so can't really keep any heavy items in the bathroom. Location is okay, but it does take a while to take the bus and walk to the apartment. The neighbor next door seems to like to smoke and after that burn incense, so if you're sensitive to that, I would keep that in mind because the smells do travel.

The bed sheets were not clean, had blood stains and a bad smell, and the towels were very old and dirty. Not fit for human use.

Good location. Only 20 minutes walk to the city centre. Comfortable beds. Helpful owner.

Some noise from the ventilation. Need some refurbishment (e.g. broken shelf in fridge).
