Spacious 3 Bedroom House York

This place is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, crockery and pots and pans. Entry into the home is easy, and you don't have to remember a key. Parking on the street was cheap (£10 for the entire stay) and very convenient. Location is great - a bus stop a short walk away as well as a supermarket. For convenience we used Uber and Taxis to get into the centre of York and it only cost 5--9 pounds as it's fairly close. We had a minor issue with the nest that controls the heating and the hosts were easily contactable, and the problem was sorted in a flash. The hosts are friendly and considerate, and really have the guest's comfort in mind, even leaving chocolate and prosecco (which usually would have been very welcome but we were out so much we didn't get a chance to enjoy it 😊). Beds are comfortable and the bedrooms are large, plenty of room for everyone to have their suitcases. There are 2 toilets, which is great for a family or group and while the water pressure is not strong enough to handle others using the water when showering, the shower is fine and easy to work and the bathroom is very large so there's room to put your clothes and things. There is a washing machine that even has a dryer function, which we found is rare (to have a dryer) in the UK, but really great for travellers who are moving around the UK and don't have time to dry their clothes on the airer. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend to others.

Lovely property in great location. About 20 minutes walk along the river ftom the centre, which was well lit at night too. Tea, coffee, milk, sugar, prosecco and chocolate were left for us.

Lovely house with absolutely everything needed. Great location for exploring York. Very clean with quality bedding made for a great night's sleep.

Shower tripped after 2 people had used it, whilst someone was in there! Had to wait a good 10 minutes before could switch back on. Tv remote not working correctly meant tv was very loud. Do not want to detract from a wonderful stay though and these were the only niggles. Nothing serious!
