Most disappointing was inaccesibility for my 88 yr old mother as well as my husband having had recent knee replacement. I had booked for 3 to be able to take her in with us. We did not know that it wld be impossible even to get her to the front door of no 9. At 6.30 on Friday evening we had to make arrangements for her to go in with my sister at no 11 Bronze Bay. Locks and keys were a challenge. Did not know to bring my home dstv card.
ZALocation was perfect.
1. Had a stain on the duvet cover. I contacted the number open for communication immediately. I didn't want to be held responsible for the stain and loose part of my deposit! I was offered a chance to replace it, which i declined as it was on the top of the cover. 2. There is no mirror near an electrical plug point to hair you hair, and see what you are doing. I had to take the passage mirror and stand it on the oven hob which was close to the kitchen counter plugs !
ZAZAGreat location close to the beach. Lovely sea view. Nice spacious apartment which is well equipped. The gas braai on the patio is a nice bonus.
Parking space is limited and large cars cannot park in the garage which is small.
ZAThe view is excellent .Rooms are not spacious but comfortable otherwise.Parking can be a problem , as big vehicles do not fit in the small garages.Limited open parking inside, otherwise you need to park in the street.Enjoyed the stay though and will visit again.
