"All in all very pleasant."

The taps all leak. Needs an upgrade of plumbing. Door handle to toilet comes off. Generally the property needs a liittle TLC.

What a fantastic little place! Right opposite the beach, beautiful views! Great care has been taken to make this a welcoming place, there was tea, coffee, sugar and some milk in the fridge.

One of the bedrooms has a bad smell, maybe damp? Also, no lock on the toilet door and a broken door handle so we couldn’t close the toilet door at all. Small things which I’m sure will be sorted out and which wouldn’t stop me from staying again. We had a fantastic stay!

"Room for improvement"

The house is close to town and it's nice to sit on the deck and watch the sunset.

The location, whilst across the road from the beach, is opposite the town's boat ramp. If you want a peaceful stay this is not the place - tractors are taking boats in and out of the water all day starting early in the morning. I feel like this is a new listing as there's a few teething issues with the house. The doona should have a cover on it for health reasons and there should be firewood, kindling and matches available for the fireplace for a cold night. The house sleeps a maximum of 7 people but there's only a single 2.5 seater couch inside.

"Great location."

The location & view were fabulous. Walking to town spectacular sunrise! However it is across from the boat launch where all the water taxis are launched, multiple times daily. Interesting process, but could be noisy in high season. Great coffee. Front porch sofa.

It’s a quirky lay out. With toilet at one end and sink & shower another. Kitchen sink in between. Recently painted & white paint had dripped everywhere. Front bedroom had a very musty smell. New in the rental market, I think they’ll work out the kinks & it will be great.
