"Overall it was a decent and good stay."

The house overall was very well maintained and neat and clean. All the room were with aircond and fan as well.

The only issue is the bathroom at level 3’s water pressure is very low and the heater doesn’t really working. If this can be fixed thn it will be great.

"Great for big group."

Clean and spacious house with good sized rooms. The upper floor rooms connected to a toilet. Kitchen has washing machine and an instant hot and cold water filter. Big fridge. Good value

The water heater on the highest floor did not work and the water pressure was weak and the bathroom sink leaked. Some rooms do not have a table or dresser to put things. There were no clothes hangers. The toilet downstairs next to the ground floor bedroom is a squatting one which use up space as it was close to the shower and makes showering difficult. Also not everyone can use squatting toilet especially the elderly folks who will probably sleep in the ground floor bedroom next to the dining room

Clean , car park space could fit 2 cars.

The ground floor toilet was unsuitable for Senior citizens/ OKU as it was a squatting toilet & very slippery
