環境很乾淨，設備也都很新，有提供洗衣服務很不錯。 員工服務不錯有笑容。 櫃檯服務時間僅有07：30-17：30，一樣可以寄放東西，只是櫃檯沒有人。

沒有電梯，雖然事先知道，但實際樓梯不大，搬較大的行李會困難些。原告知是3F,實際住在4F,搬行李的走道不夠大。
