Green Park by An Island Apart

The location was good. Close to shopping mall, convinient parking spot, many shops and restaurants nearby. Host provided toilet paper, washing machine powder, dishwasher tabs, very nice.

It was noisy, during the day there is construction, in the night motorcycles ride right outside of the apartment generating a lot of noise. We spent most of the day outside, but if someone is sensitive to noise it can be a problem.

I congratulate An Island Apart for the facilities offered to the guests, such as washing machine, ironing board, iron, drying rack and the flat itself.

Unfortunately the kitchen supply was really poor. Two big knives that barely cut, only two small pans, one big pot and one small. Two people couldn't cook satisfactorily. Guests should not be obliged to eat at the restaurant every day! Can be easily fixed, anyway. The swimming pool is a plus! The person who welcomed me didn't know the faucet of the washing machine had to be opened and that it was hard, that the hot water heater had to be plugged in, that the tv had to be set to watch Netflix or whatever else.I didn't care for the TV as I had my laptop. The worst thing was the noise!!! I spent one week sleeping only a few hours because of the heavy traffic on the street! Booking could not find a solution for me, something that would have never happened if only I had booked through Airbnb! It was me who offered the solution of a fan, which was NOT a solution, but was better than listening to cars. I listened to the noise of the fan! After a few days of this nightmare, roadworks started together with works on the hill!!! That obliged me to keep all windows closed with fan on all the time I spent in the flat during the day!!! Air conditioning is a MUST for this flat. AnIslandApart granted a 20% discount because of the above problem. I think they could have done better, but I am thankful for that.
