Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 120 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. "Lovely (apart from the noise which isn’t the owners fault)!"

Location excellent just short walk into city centre Two bedroom apartment very spacious and clean

Not the fault of the owner however the back bedroom to the apartment backs onto the local pub and it was rather noisy. Add to that cars beeping horns late at night! Take some ear plugs!

Central location, gated car park and very responsive host. I would definitely stay again.

The neighbours are a bit territorial over their parking spaces so watch out for that!

The apartment was clean and tidy and only ten -15 minutes away for town centre would recommend it easy check in with lockable keys and secure parking was a bonus five star
